Yes! Spitz Mediation Services has three breakout rooms in addition to a conference room. If you need a neutral site for your mediation, I can provide it. I am also available to travel within Wisconsin if the parties agree on a different site.
Both options are available. I default to in-person mediation both because parties and counsel tend to be more engaged with the process in person than over a screen and because there is often added value to seeing and hearing from the other side in person. That said, if all parties want a virtual mediation, or if there are logistical or security considerations that make in-person mediation an issue, I am happy to conduct the mediation on Zoom.
I have experience in most types of civil litigation, but I have never practiced family law. If you have a family law dispute involving custody or placement that needs mediation, I am happy to refer you to other experienced family law mediators in the area who may be better suited to help you.
I am currently offering discounted hourly mediation rates to encourage attorneys to add a new ADR provider to their rotations. If you are interested in further information, please contact me.
